Jeremiah 27:4-5
4 Give them a message for their masters and say, 'This is what the LORD Almighty, the God of Israel, says: "Tell this to your masters: 5 With my great power and outstretched arm I made the earth and its people and the animals that are on it, and I give it to anyone I please.
There's more to the story than posted here. In this chapter God is telling Israel and other nations to submit to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon. Yes, a king who does NOT know God! Go read Jeremiah for yourself, or Daniel, or Exodus or the gospels for that matter.
God is in control no matter what.
We do not need to be afraid.
