Easy Peach Pie

If you're wanting a homemade dessert in a hurry, this dish is delicious and just as it name says - easy!

3/4 cup sugar
2 to 3 Tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
5 cups peaches (I use a large can of peaches from Dollar General drained. Can it be any easier?)
2 Tablespoons margarine or butter
Pie crust - we like to use the ones from the refrigerated section.

1. Combine sugar, flour and cimmamon.
2. Add to peaches and mix lightly
3. Spread in 9-inch pastry lined pie pan
4. Dot with butter
5. Adjust lattice top crust
6. Flute edges
7. Bake in 400 degree oven for 45-50 min (adjust time according to your oven)

Viola! Homemade peach pie in a few minutes. Delicious!
